Here's how it works:

Before you contact us, you should consider the following:

What do you want your website to say? - we don't know your business like you do, so we aren't really qualified to write your copy.
What pages do you want? - you'll need a home page and a contact page, but unless you're only getting the single page site, you'll need to decide what the other pages will have on them.
What images do you want on your website? - if you have certain images you'd like to include, let us know where you want them.
Do you want a website from our templates or a bespoke website? - if you decide on a template, you can send us your copy and images through our website.

Click on the button below and fill in the forms - this includes all the text you want on your site.
We'll contact you and discuss your requirements. Usually with a template website, this is regarding the use of colour. We'll also let you know if there's any problems with your copy.
We send you an invoice for the full price of the site.
When we receive payment, we proceed to develop your site. You'll get a username and password for our client area so you can upload images. A site from one of our templates should be online within a week, usually quicker.
Once the website is live, you'll get free web updates for a fortnight so you can make any changes to your site. We want all our customers to be delighted with the site we develop for them.

We'll contact you and discuss your requirements, eventually coming up with a Statement of Work which will be the guidelines to which your site is developed. If we sound nosey during this process, it's just because the more we understand about your business, the better we can develop your site.
We send you an invoice for 30% of the design quote plus the cost of any hosting.
When we receive payment, we proceed to develop your site. You'll get a username and password for our client area so you can upload text and images for use on the site.
When the site is complete, you'll be able to view it online on a password-protected site. If you approve of the work, we send you an invoice for the outstanding balance.
When the invoice is paid, we upload the site to your server and your website is live!
Once the website is live, you'll get free web updates for a fortnight so you can make any changes to your site. We want all our customers to be delighted with the site we develop for them.
